Couple therapy

Couple psychotherapy

Focuses on the problems existing in the relationship between two people and finding more constructive ways of dealing with them.
A relationship is the centre of attention of the therapy work, rather than individual issues of the partners. The therapist takes the role of an objective third party that helps identify and clarify problem areas, facilitates better communication, decide what changes are needed or consider alternative ways of handling problematic situations.

A consultation/assessment session is offered first and then 90 min sessions are held once a week at the agreed time.
